Convention Tours - Choose from any of our pre-packaged tours from missions and historic sites to night life along San Antonio’s famous Riverwalk or Austin’s hopping 6th Street, or we will custom design one or more tours to meet your group’s particular interests. This is a great way for conventioneers to experience attractions in Austin, San Antonio and the surrounding area. All tours are professionally guided and will be customized to match your group’s particular interests.

Coordinators & Staff - Count on our professional uniformed coordinators to make sure your group members get to where they need to go, on time! They can also help ensure that every detail is covered. We will stage coordinators at the Convention Center, your other meeting site, major hotels, or where ever you need. Coordinators carry hand-held two-way radios and communicate with our base dispatcher, group sales department and directly to the convention shuttle vehicles assigned to your group.

Airport Meet and Greet Service - Our professional uniformed greeter will meet your clients at the baggage claim area in San Antonio or Austin and direct the group to their transportation. This service must be pre-arranged.

Manifests - Upon request, statistics on how many group members were transported, from which locations, on which routes, at what times, etc., will be provided for your evaluation and future planning efforts.
